Superior coverage is the advantage of our painting process, the point of which is to improve the decorativeness and functionality of 3D printed items. Unlike conventional spindle painting systems, where the objects are rotated, our ceiling-mounted 5-axis super spindle painting robot can be programmed to move the spray gun in multiple directions. Applying the painting from the optimal position vastly improves coverage while simultaneously reducing cost and saving time.
We also carry a wide variety of colors, antibacterial and antiviral paints, and other products to meet a wide variety of needs.
Laser micromachining is also a field in which we excel. Applying a 1064-nm wavelength laser beam to plastic, metal, or various other materials enables printing of extremely minute characters and figures of 0.5 mm square or smaller. In contrast to printing, which is limited to flat surfaces, laser beam can be used in decorating various shapes, giving this a major advantage as an optimal method of decorating three-dimensional shapes.
